Twichell Auditorium tickets & upcoming events

Looking for a spot where the magic of live performance really comes to life? Twichell Auditorium, right here in Spartanburg, is more than just a venue, it’s a community hub with a bit of history and a whole lot of character. You’ll find it tucked near the campus, and honestly, it’s kind of a hidden gem if you know where to look. The place regularly teams up with local artists and performers, so you’re always getting a taste of homegrown talent, whether it’s a lively jazz night or a heartwarming family show. The concert piano? Oh, it’s a Steinway & Sons, super fancy, and it sounds incredible, especially during those classical concerts that make you want to sit up and pay attention. And don’t forget the mezzanine balcony, perfect for catching a broader view of those big productions, kinda like sitting in the nosebleeds but with a better perspective. The acoustics are pretty darn good too, especially if you grab a seat in the orchestra section, you can almost feel the music vibrating through you. If you’re coming from the dorms, just stroll through the courtyard; it’s a straight shot. And if you’re near the post office, well, it’s practically a walk in the park. Honestly, whether you’re into the Spartanburg Philharmonic, a fancy VIP experience, or just want to catch a fun KPOP cover band, Twichell’s got something for everyone. And hey, those early bird discounts? Totally worth it if you’re looking to save a few bucks. Trust me, some of the best memories happen right here during live shows, it’s more than just a concert, it’s a little piece of the local culture you’ll wanna be part of.
